  • What are the events at Goa Fire Run 2018?
    • 21, 10k (competitive) and, 5KM FUN WALK-RUN

  • When is the Goa Fire Run? What are the timings?
    • The event is scheduled for Friday, 15th April, 2018 i.e one day after National Fire Service Day To Pay Homage To Fireman Martyrs. The 21K event will begin at 05:00 A.M. Sharp, the 10Km run will begin at 05:30 A.M. and, the 5Km event will begin at 07:30 A.M. Sharp.

  • Where is the event going to be conducted?
    • Goa State Fire Force Training Ground, Opp. Caculo Mall, St. Inez, Panaji- Goa.[See Map]

  • How do I register?
    • You can register online by clicking on the registration link and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking or by downloading our manual registration form and submitting the same along with payment in cash either at the Vasco Sports Club Office (see address at bottom of this page) or, on 14th April (Saturday) at the venue.

  • How much is the Registration fee?
    • The Registration fee is Rs 1,200 (+ tax) for the 21Km event, Rs 850 (+ tax) for the 10k race and Rs 300 (+ tax) for the 5KM FUN WALK-RUN event.

  • What does the Registration fee cover?
    • The fee covers entry to the event and the Goodie Bag containig your bib and a quality T-Shirt. The fee also includes use of facilities en-route, hydration and a refreshment packet. There will also be Music at the venue. There will be Medals for all participants (including 5K category).

  • If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants?
    • All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.

  • Help! Why can't I register online?
    • Approximately 70% slots are reserved for online registrations. Once these are filled, online registrations are closed. If you do not see the Register button, it means online slots are fully booked.

  • Is Physiotheraphy available?
    • Definately! We have teamed up with Curamos - A top Physio clinic located in Vasco.

  • Where is the bib collection center? And when will the bibs be issued?
    • The bib collection center will be the same as event venue i.e. Goa State Fire Force Training Ground, Opp. Caculo Mall, St. Inez, Panaji- Goa.[See Map]. To collect your racer kit, please carry
      1. Your registration confirmation email / SMS
      Your racer kit and Bibs will be distributed on these dates and times:

      VENUE : Goa State Fire Force Training Ground, Opp. Caculo Mall, St. Inez, Panaji- Goa.
      Date : 14th April between 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.
      In case you cannot make it at the above times please authorize your friend to collect same on your behalf with:
      1. Authorization letter signed by you
      2. Copy of your registration confirmation email
      3. Copy of ID proof

  • Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
    • For the 21 and 10k event, the minimum age to participate is 13 years. For the 5KM CHARITY FUN WALK-RUN, children up to 12 years of age to be accompanied by adults and will not be eligible for a T-shirt. We are providing adult 'Small' sized T-shirts to children 12 years and above.

  • What is the last date of registration?
    • The last date is 14th April 2018.

  • Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
    • Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Is there a prize for the 5KM Walk too?
    • Sorry, no.

  • Can I change my category once I have registered?
    • Please send an email to support@goa-fire-run.in and we will try our best to help you out.

  • Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?
    • Please send an email to support@goa-fire-run.in with the correct details and we will update it.

  • There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
    • Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email support@goa-fire-run.in with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
